Welcome to the suncoast of Sweden!

The houses are close to the county borders of Småland county and Östergötland county, not far from the cities of Vimmerby, Vastervik and Linkoping.

The closest places for grocery shopping and other stores are Åtvidaberg (20km), Överum (20km) or Gamleby (30km).

Here you can take a walk in our beautiful nature with wonderful sceneries, pick berries or mushrooms in the woods, go for a swim, take a trip in our rowing boats, go fishing or simply just relax in the peaceful environment, far away from any big cities or highways. The nature is very varying with high hills and deep valleys.

The two cottages are located on a cape in the lake Loftern about 100 meters from each another. They are available to rent weekly all year with Saturday as changing day.

The Sjöstugan is closest to the lake, the bathing place and the boats. You can also bathe from the rocks near the Udden cottage.

The most common fishes to catch in Loftern are perch and pike. You have access to a boat. A few kilometres away there are other lakes where you can fish trout.
